Aufgaben
We are looking to hire a Change Manager (m/f/d) for a global and strategic change program. The Change Manager (m/f/d) will be responsible for developing and driving the change management plan for the program globally and in EMEA, leading and facilitating change management activities within and across Olympus to ensure the successful delivery of the change initiative and strategic outcomes.
- Analyze, plan, implement and evaluate change strategies, facilitate a collaborative approach to change across the different levels of the program as well as the organization and build ownership and capability in change leadership
- Assess the scope and scale of change to determine the most appropriate change approach to achieve outcomes
- Identify the change impact and size of the gap between the current state and future state and ensure the right interventions are designed, developed and implemented to address these and equip those impacted for success
- Regularly assess change readiness across all key stakeholder groups and implementers of change
- Establish clear traceability between the change objectives and measures of success to objectives, outputs and outcomes
- Ensure business readiness has been assessed to the different stages and necessary interventions are planned and executed
- Prepare estimates and detailed change plans
- Manage the day-to-day change-related activities and resources and chair the change management meetings
- Provide status reporting related to change activity milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues and provide communications as required
- Proactively anticipate and manage change risks providing timely feedback to the program management
- Encourage participation and opinion so the project can benefit from a variety of input, suggestions and concerns
- Generate and harness creativity in others to benefit the project
Profil
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
- Work experience in consultancy beneficial
- Long-standing professional experience within a change management field
- Good knowledge of change management techniques and organizational change management
- Proven experience in managing change across all layers (from individual to enterprise, from employee to leader)
- PROSCI certification beneficial
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and other Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with international and highly complex organizations with multiple ongoing changes
- Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and understand the strategic context of projects and change
- Proven decision-making experience and leadership demonstrated in coordinating and integrating change
- Ability to personally cope with ambiguity and change
